Washington Insider is a modern, SEO-focused news website developed with Next.js 15+ to deliver fast, dynamic, and well-structured news content. Similar to Bolton Today, it provides a robust admin dashboard for managing news and categories but does not include Google AdSense, making it ideal for independent or non-commercial news publishing.

  • Frontend: Built with Next.js 15+, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI components, Framer Motion animations, and Drizzle ORM for efficient database handling. It uses server-side rendering and follows SEO best practices for high performance and visibility in search engines.

  • Admin Dashboard:

    • Supports 3-level category hierarchies for organizing content.

    • Allows dynamic creation and editing of news articles using Jodit React rich-text editor.

    • Includes a custom gallery module for storing PDFs and images, enabling users to upload and insert media into articles, which are rendered dynamically on the frontend at runtime.
